When We Accept Returns
We will accept returns or exchanges. If you're not satisfied, we will help correct it!
- Manufacturer Defects (DOA): If your equipment arrives non-functional or has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly exchange the defective unit for a brand-new replacement so you don’t have to wait for a factory repair.
- Fulfillment Errors: On the rare occasion that we ship you the incorrect item, let us know immediately. We will arrange the return of the wrong item and promptly ship you the correct one.
- Special Circumstances: We know that life happens. If you run into a unique issue not covered here, please reach out to Kellen. He reviews these on a case-by-case basis and will do his absolute best to make things right.
Preorders & High-Value Purchases
All deposits and full payments made on preorder items or out-of-stock items are non-refundable. Because these products are custom-ordered or specifically allocated for you, we cannot cancel or refund these orders due to a change of mind.
Exceptions: At our sole discretion, we may occasionally allow the amount paid to be applied as store credit toward a different in-stock item. This is evaluated on a strict case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
Promotional Free Gifts
Items received for free as part of a promotional incentive are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. If you receive a gift you don't need, we encourage you to pass it on.
Return Condition Requirements
To qualify for any approved return or exchange, your item must be in pristine condition.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened items (unless verified as DOA/Defective)
- Items showing any signs of use, wear, or physical damage
- Items missing their original packaging, inserts, cables, or manuals, no exceptions!
Store Credit Terms
If your return is approved for store credit, you will receive credit for the full purchase price of the item, excluding any original shipping costs.
- Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
- It can be applied toward any future purchase at ODSY.
