The TecnoArm 2 employs a custom one-piece arm tube constructed for enhanced rigidity through a shot-blasting process, which increases structural integrity while minimizing unwanted resonance. The strategic drilling of 22 holes on the underside of the tube is aimed at reducing mass without sacrificing strength, thus optimizing the tonearm's performance by reducing inertia during playback. Moreover, the integral head shell’s precision machining aligns perfectly with the bearing position, ensuring consistent tracking and minimizing tracking errors. Utilizing ultra-low friction polymer bearings further decreases mechanical resistance, allowing for smoother operation. The proprietary wiring loom comprising 99.9999% pure silver litz wire eliminates internal wiring joints, which minimizes signal loss and distortion, thereby preserving audio fidelity.
